Besides homophones, there are homonyms, a word with multiple meanings, and homographs, words that have the same spelling but different pronunciation and meaning. Paronyms are words with similar pronunciation but different meanings. Capitonyms are words that are spelled the same, but one is capitalized (mercury, Mercury). Oronyms are Paronym phrases.
