Savannah River
The Savannah River is one of the longest waterways in Georgia. The river starts in South Carolina and ends near Savannah. Many Indians used the river for water and transportation. It is divided into three sections: Upper, Middle, and Lower. Unfortunately, over the years, the river started to get dirty. The huge dams in the Upper Savannah river blocks the rivers natural flow.
